Simply contact us via the contact us page or over the phone (010 009 5327), along with your order number anytime within 7 DAYS. Once you have received the returns instructions, post the product back to us; and the refund will be issued within 4 business days of us receiving your package.
We can issue a refund only when the product is received by us. We are not responsible if your return is lost in post. Hence, it is strongly recommended that all returns are sent to us using a tracked service.
To process an exchange, simply specify what you would like to exchange at the contact us page, and follow the same process as above. Your exchange will be shipped out within 4 days of receipt of your returned item.
Note: Depending on your card issuers refunds can appear within 24 hours or take up to 5 business days to show on your statement. You will receive notification once your refund processes, and if it has not shown up after 5 days, please contact us again so we can process an inquiry with the bank.
